MEET at the ICA
Conference Center

The Conference Center offers a variety of options for large or small nonprofit groups to host meetings, conferences or retreats. Meeting rooms range from petite, groups of 12 or fewer, to larger scale rooms with maximum occupancy of 100. Flip charts, easels, podiums and audio-visual equipment are also available. Lodging is available for nonprofit groups visiting or meeting in Chicago to further their mission. There are over 75 available in different room configurations including, singles, doubles, triples, suites and dorm-style bunk bed rooms. ICA is ideal for small or large groups traveling on a budget.

ICA GreenRise would love to host your next conference, re-treat or meeting! We can accommodate nonprofit groups looking solely for meeting space or a mixture of conference rooms and lodging. GreenRise offers a variety of options for large and small groups and each have plenty of natural sunlight thanks to our historically large windows.


This is a lush meeting area on the first floor, with an injection of worldly growth. When the weather is warm, open the back doors to make use of the enclosed and aptly named "elegant alley."

MLK, another meeting space on the 1st floor, is conveniently located right by the main entrance. Easy to get to and flexibly furnished, this room is a go-to answer for community meetings.

Our second largest space, has been recently renovated to include a state of the art projector screen and surround sound. Already the community both within the building and around it have had movie screenings here - the most notable being the One Earth Film Festival. ToP Facilitation training is routinely done here as well. 

5th City Room
Cap: 200
Price: $ 600.00

Our largest space, the 5th City Room recently hosted The Future of Chicago's Energy: Building Community Energy Strategies forum. It is extremely flexible space with great capacity.
